Who's the Ref Update - October 4 2017This is to update our membership on progress with switching over to WTR and the programme for the rest of the 2017-18 season. Personal informationEvery member's personal information has been added to WTR so all you need to do (if you have not already done so) is get a password from the system. If you have had difficulty logging in please visit this page (which is not part of WTR) for help. FixturesAll RFU League games and Security Plus Pennant games are now in WTR. Many other games (BUCS, Friendlies, School Games, RFU Cups,NLD Cups etc.) are not yet in WTR. Later this season we will transfer all remaining games into WTR and we will let you know when this has been done. Because not all games are yet in WTR you should continue to use our existing website, which remains the single source of truth. Because all games are not yet in WTR it does not hold a full record of your appointments, future or past. AvailabilityWe have now switched over to WTR for the collection of your availability, as it offers a big improvement over our existing system:
Most members have now advised us of their availability for November. ExpensesWe are not yet managing expenses in WTR. This is because all fixtures are not yet in WTR. Please continue to use the existing Google Forms system. We will advise you when to use the WTR Expenses System. WTR HelpThe native WTR help system is limited and may not always have the answer to your questions. As WTR takes over, our existing website (which has primary functions of managing fixtures & appointments) will become redundant. Therefore a new website is being developed for NLDRFURS. This is based on the Joomla! Content Management System. The new website has been used to provide extensive help for WTR users in NLDRFURS, and you can view it here Please bookmark this site and use it to answer any WTR queries you may have |
